Syeda Fasiha Banu is the Founder and CEO of Wise Herb, the company behind the premium natural care brand FASee. A graduate in BBA (Hons.) in New Venture Planning and Family Business from REVA University, she blends entrepreneurial skill with a deep passion for wellness. With a vision to revive traditional self-care through herbal and natural formulations, she created FASee as a brand that is rooted in purity, purpose, and results. Her leadership is driven by purpose, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to quality, making her the heart and mind behind everything FASee stands for.

A Pillar Beyond Titles

Late Syed Ameenuddin

Wise Herb pays heartfelt tribute to the late Syed Ameenuddin, who was far more than a mentor he was a pillar of strength whose values are deeply woven into the foundation of the company. With a diploma and years of dedicated service at HCL and BML, he retired in 2001 as a senior supervisor and respected officer. To his daughter and the entire team, he remains the strongest man they’ve ever known. His wisdom, integrity, and silent support continue to guide Wise Herb in spirit. Some roles in life cannot be replaced or defined by titles and his is one of them.

Chief Production Officer (CPO)

Raziya

Raziya, mother of the founder, is the Chief Production Officer at Wise Herb and a vital part of FASee’s creative journey. With a deep interest in planting, craft, and artwork, she brings a natural sense of creativity and care into every product. Her passion for nature and eye for detail reflect beautifully in the way ingredients are selected and blended. Raziya’s presence adds soul and consistency to the brand, and her hands-on involvement ensures every FASee product carries the purity, love, and quality that Wise Herb proudly stands for.

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Syed Bilal

Syed Bilal serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Wise Herb, bringing over 8 years of experience in software development and tech innovation. He holds an M.Tech from BITS Pilani and has worked on large-scale projects involving real-time analytics for millions of users. Beyond his tech expertise, he has mentored over 500 engineering students, many of whom have found great success in their fields. At Wise Herb, he leads all things digital and technical ensuring FASee remains future-ready, secure, and scalable.
